SJOverall, very happy with the device. It works as advertised. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that you cant update the device firmware with their app. A flagship device should absolutely have this ability to fix problems that may arise or make the device better/more efficient.
Dave CookThis system ( OUPES Guaedian 6000 with G5 Extra Battery was EXCELLENT. I have a 4000 SF home with 2 Air conditioners, 2 furnaces, a subzero refrigerator, and large kitchen. I received the unit on a Monday, charged it, and the power went out on Wednesday. The unit handled EVERYTHING and I do mean EVERYTHING for 24 hours without issue. The system is quiet and is setup as a whole house transfer unit. Definitely worth it!!
christina onorioI live in Florida hurricanes and lots of blackouts. So I purchased the Oupes Guardian 6000 and I’m glad i did. Thanks to its 240v capability I was able to plug this into our generlink and power my whole home. We simulated an outage and with this size inverter and battery storage there were no problems running the fridge, tv and all our internet equipment, lights and fans. If we have extended outage I will use my portable generator for a quick 240v charge and this was instead of hearing the noisy generator all day we get 20 hours of quiet back up. And just 2 hours of noisy generator. Easy to use quick charge rate at 240v and enough battery storage and power to run almost everything in my home. The only thing I would change is that it could have come with a 240v charging cable in addition to the 120v cable it comes with. I had to pick up an adapter to charge at 240v. With that said I definitely recommend this system to anyone who is looking for battery backup!
